BOOKING YOUR HOLIDAY
1. Find your ideal holiday
Take a look at the array of speedway and track racing holidays in our brochure and on our website. We have something for everyone! If you have any questions about our holidays; send us an email, give us a call or drop us a message on social media.
2. Select your UK departure airport
Each speedway holiday has direct flight options advertised, usually incl. Stansted or Heathrow but we can offer flights from various regional airports. Let us know your favourite and we will send you the details. Some flights may incur a small supplement.
3. Pick your accommodation
All our speedway holidays include accommodation from our portfolio of ‘classic’ hotels. If you would like to upgrade to accommodation from our ‘signature’ collection or you can save a little and choose from our ‘cost saver’ range, please ask us for more info.
4. Choose Your Stadium Tickets
We always arrange a group allocation of stadium tickets. These are for grandstand seats in sections of the stadium with prime viewing, usually near the start-line. If you would prefer to sit elsewhere or to purchase your own, please just let us know!
5. Send us your booking details
To make a booking, we require a few details; full names and dates of birth for all travellers, the billing address, email address and phone number for the lead passenger. The easiest way is to fill out the booking form which can be found on our website.
6. Pay a holiday deposit
To book your holiday, we require a non-refundable deposit of £199pp (this may vary on some longer holidays). Payments can be made via bank transfer, with credit/debit card over the phone or via our secure online credit card portal.
7. Set up a payment plan
Your holiday must be fully paid for at least 60 days before departure. Once the deposit is paid, you can pay in full when booking, set up a monthly payment plan, pay random amounts as you can or simply just pay the full balance on the due date.
8. Get Your Travel Insurance
Make sure you’re fully prepared for your holiday by purchasing travel insurance and foreign currency. See page 20 for information on our travel insurance and foreign currency partnerships with Holidays Extras and TTNG money, and how to purchase with them.
9. Receive your final documents
A week or so before your holiday, you will be sent a holiday itinerary with all the necessary details of your trip. You will also be sent airline boarding passes or electronic tickets with details of how to check in using the airline’s website or check-in desks.
10. Go on holiday!
Make your own way to your chosen UK departure airport to board your flight. You will be met at your destination by one of our professional travel directors, who will be available to assist you, as much or as little as you like! Have an amazing holiday!

Frequently Asked Questions
Why did you choose the extra financial protection of the Travel Trust Association instead of ABTA?
Providing the highest level of financial protection for our customers is an utmost priority to us. We have chosen the financial protection offered by the Travel Trust Association (TTA), instead of other recognised companies such as ABTA, as the TTA are the only travel network in the UK to actually guarantee 100% financial protection to the consumer, ensuring total confidence.
Can I check the status of your ATOL and Travel Trust Association memberships?
The status of all current ATOL holders can be found by searching their licence number on the CAA website. Our licence can be found using our ATOL licence number (11544) and can be found on any of our advertising material and website. You can check our TTA membership status on the Travel Network Group website by searching our membership number (Q7423).
Can I travel with you if I require special assistance?
You may find that some destinations and stadiums are less accessible than others but we always endeavour to find solutions to this. We request that if you use a wheelchair or have special assistance needs that require 24/7 monitoring that you are accompanied by someone able to provide this, including ensuring you are able to safely board a coach, minibus or minivan without a wheelchair.
Can I setup a payment plan and pay in instalments?
To book we require a non-refundable deposit of £199pp (this may vary on some holidays). Payments can be made via bank transfer, with credit/debit card by phone or via our secure online portal. We never hold your card details on file. The balance must be paid at least 60 days before departure. You can pay in full when booking, setup a monthly payment plan or pay a deposit and pay the balance on the due date!
Do I require travel insurance to book?
We strongly recommend that you have adequate travel insurance for your needs, which covers your entire duration abroad and fully protects you against illness, curtailment and cancellation. It is important that your travel insurance provides you cover and assistance for last-minute flight cancellations. Some countries require visitors have medical travel insurance to enter. It is your responsibility to provide the details, if asked for by authorities. Please see page 20 of our brochure for details on purchasing.
Should I check my passport validity?
Passports issued after 2018 are valid for 10 years. If your passport was issued before 2018, it might be valid for up to 10 years & 9 months. You may have a passport that hasn’t officially expired and is valid for travel worldwide but not to the EU, where passports must be less than 10 years old. To travel to the EU & Schengen, your passport must be issued less than 10 years before your departure and valid for at least 3 months after your return date.
